Aimed at those new to spin, who would like to step up and pedal hard. You’ll get a good workout while learning different aspects of spin training, including bike set up, technique, use of resistance, riding positions and Body Bike App.
All our services are back up and running including spas, saunas and steam rooms. Capacity restrictions have been lifted so come on in and enjoy the pools, fitness centres and group fitness classes with friends and family.
