Aimed at those new to spin, who would like to step up and pedal hard. You’ll get a good workout while learning different aspects of spin training, including bike set up, technique, use of resistance, riding positions and Body Bike App.
All our centres are open. Capacity restrictions have been lifted so you can enjoy the pools, fitness centres and group fitness classes with friends and whānau.

Bubbletimes, Sleepytimes, adult swim lessons and the full Swimsmart programme will resume from Monday 28 September. Swimsmart bookings are now open.
Tumbletimes, gymnastics and the Southern Centre are all open and running as normal.
