Term 3 Yoga programmes begin on Monday 26 July and run until Sunday 3 October.
Preferential bookings for existing Yoga customers open on Monday 28 June. Bookings open to the public on Monday 5 July. All bookings close on Sunday 8 August.

Hatha yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation and greater posture awareness. This class will teach you the foundations of Yoga.
All equipment is provided. Comfortable clothing recommended, feel free to bring water with you. This class is done barefoot.

Achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the use of props (bolsters, blankets, straps, yoga blocks), allowing your body to soften and the energy to flow.
This class has a slower pace than Hatha Yoga and is suitable for pregnant women up to their third trimester.

These fees are applicable for all levels of Pilates and Yoga. Prices are based on one weekly lesson for a 10-week term. Prices will be adjusted accordingly if a term consists of more or less than 10 weeks.
