  • $21.00 per hour self-employed tutor
  • $31.50 per hour private social functions
  • $63.00 per hour commercial events, seminars and corporate events
  • $30.50 per hour community events and fundraisers.

General

  • $66.50 security charge to ensure that the facility has been left fit for purpose
  • $500.00 bond required for social bookings
  • $150 cleaning charge retained from the bond if the venue is not left fit for purpose

Conditions of use when hiring a Council facility
Health and safety

As part of the rental agreement the hirer accepts legal responsibilities to meet evacuation plans, health and safety responsibilities and to act as the facility warden.

All users are required to complete, sign and date a 'pre-use' form (available from the Beckenham Service Centre) before using the St Martins Community Centre. 
Hours of hire The St Martins Community Centre is available for hire, 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.
Alcohol The consumption and supply of alcohol is not permitted at this facility.

  • 9 power points (5 in larger room and 4 in the smaller room when space is divided)
  • 2 heat pumps, one in each part of the room
  • 4 flip-top tables 1800 x 900 mm
  • 35 stacker chairs.

Kitchen facilities
